My husband and I are looking for a new place to live with our 4 children in the Cloverdale area. We were served notice that the landloard intends to move into the home we are in now and we are to be out as of April 1st. We are desperate to stay in the area as 3 of our kids are in school, our oldest is a gr11 student at Tweedsmuir and we would hate to have to take her out and not have her graduate with her friends next year. My husband suffered a severe head injury and stroke 3 years ago, he does work part time and he also gets a Canadian Disability pension, paying rent has not ever been a problem, it can actually be collected 4 days early every month. We are a hard working, clean and very reliable family in need of place that is close enough to the schools so that our childrens lives are not disrupted too much. We have impecable references from past landlords and property manager. The woman that lives in the suite downstairs at our home now has also asked if we can find a big enough home for her to take a basement suite. She is new to the country and feels comfortable with our family. If you have a home suitable for our situation, we would be ever so grateful.
